Who are
The English Way?
Our story
The English Way is a top English language training provider offering English language and business skills trainings to over 50 organisations worldwide.
A Modern Languages graduate from University College London and lifelong languages enthusiast, Matthew Aydon worked as a Sales Manager in the e-learning sector before transitioning into full-time English language training. He founded The English Way in 2021 with a goal to deliver practical, results-driven English training for businesses.
Many employees who are non-native English speakers struggle to use English naturally in real workplace situations, such as giving and understanding instructions, handling customer interactions, or writing clearly.
We help individuals communicate more confidently in English with work-focused English and business communication training tailored to your team’s day-to-day needs.
We’ve supported 50+ organisations, from operational teams to management, with onsite and online training for all levels of English, bringing life-changing results to over a thousand trainees.

Why invest in English training?
1.
Attract, retain and develop talent
In a competitive recruitment environment, organisations with engaging training opportunities are more likely to secure and keep talent for the longer term.
2.
Improve operational performance
Better communication and reduction of workplace misunderstandings results in greater productivity and stronger business results.
3.
Boost customer satisfaction
Team members with stronger language skills will be more likely to deliver exceptional customer experiences and resolve requests and complaints more effectively.

Promote diversity and inclusion
Developing team members' language skills addresses inequality of opportunity and empowers non-native speaking team members to fulfil their potential.
