Our story
The English Way is a top English language training provider offering English language and business skills trainings to over 50 organisations worldwide.
A graduate of Modern Languages (University College London) and languages enthusiast, Matthew Aydon worked as a language training Sales Manager in the e-learning sector before becoming a full-time English language trainer. Combining his business and English teaching skillset, he founded The English Way in 2021.
As the world recovered from the COVID-19 pandemic, it was clear that human connection and experiences were more valuable than ever. With his experience of working with both digital and traditional "classroom" methods of language training, Matthew was able to bring together the best of both worlds to provide a cutting edge, progressive approach to English language training.
Now working alongside a team of expert trainers, The English Way has delivered world class English language training to over 50 organisations, bringing life-changing results to over a thousand trainees.
