Programme review

Step 1:
Identify participants
To help identify who would like to register for English training, we put together an email communication to send to your teams, as well as host onsite “open days”.

Step 2:
Initial assessments
We hold a 15-minute speaking interview with each participant to determine levels and decide how to organise groups. This can be done online or face-to-face. Levels are based off the CEFR framework (A1-C2)

Step 3:
Delivery of training
Throughout the programme, all materials and handouts provided to participants. Digital versions of the training notes and independent work sent out after each session.

Tracking and reporting
We also create a dashboard to report on work covered during the sessions and monitor attendance and progress of trainees in addition to providing email updates.

Step 4:
Programme review
At the end of each programme, we write a report detailing participant progress, attendance figures and suggestions for organisational changes for future programmes.

Feedback surveys
We distribute and collect feedback forms all participants to get a better understanding of how the training was received and identify improvement areas for future programmes.

End of programme certifcates
We celebrate the conclusion of our programmes by awarding team members with our end of programme certificates which are branded with your company logo.
