8. How is progress assessed? Is there an exam at the end of the training?

Progress is assessed through observation throughout the programme. In the final sessions of our programmes we do some consolidation work to get an understanding of how much of the content the trainees have retained. We then provide a finishing level for all trainees at the end of each programme.

We are not fans of exams so we do not have exams at the end of any of our programmes and have no intention of changing this!
