6. How are course materials provided? Is there homework given?

We provide printouts of all of the handouts so the trainees do not need to bring anything to the sessions.

Following the sessions, we send digital copies of the training notes to all team members via email and WhatsApp so any absentees can catch up.

We set independent work for the trainees to do in between the sessions. Our expectation is for trainees to complete the same number of hours of independent work as they spend in the trainings.
