2. How many people can join a group session? What if the team members are at different levels?

A group is considered 2 trainees or more. While we offer some flexibility with the maximum number of trainees per group, we recommend no more than 8.

Small level difference between trainees within groups is manageable but if the difference in level is significant we recommend splitting the trainees into separate groups to maximise the impact of the sessions. We will provide a recommendation for how to organise the groups following the initial assessment stage.
