3. What measures do you take to reduce programme dropouts?
While some trainees dropping out is inevitable for various reasons (people leaving the business, change of work or personal circumstances etc), we are effective at limiting drop outs by getting all trainees and their managers to sign letters of commitment ahead of the programmes starting. These letters ensure that trainees understand the financial investment made in their training and if they foresee any issues with attending the required level of attendance (we suggest 75%+), these issues can be identified and actioned early.
We also create WhatsApp group chats and email distribution groups to keep people engaged throughout the programme.
